As of vol. 46, no. 1 (summer 2012), you can purchase a hard-copy version of an issue via print on demand. If you are an individual subscriber to the online version, please e-mail the managing editor, Sarah Jones, for a link to purchase an issue at the special price for subscribers. If you are an individual but not a subscriber, you can purchase the journal here. Institutions can subscribe to the hard-copy version either in addition to or instead of the online version; see the Subscribe page for rates.
